Ballet & Chair Fusions: You may do any of these sessions to alternate with the assigned Tone of the week. In this folder you will find barre/ballet inspired workouts. You will experience a full body workout, using one kilo hand weights, bands, and a pilates ball that will challenge you whole body.

You will need 0.6kilos or 1.5 lbs for your ankles. (Mine are from www.equiptmovement.com. They are vegan and super cute. Use gogloow for %)
Grab a towel, a strap or hand weights (1 kilo each) if you don't have a UBARRE (from www.equiptmovement.com (you can use gogloow for %))
You will need 1.5lbs ankle weights, 2lbs hand weights and a chair.
This session is about endurance, lots of reps, slow reps and a boost of cardio at the end.

Equipment will be only necessary for the last 10 min of the class. You may skip that if you are traveling or do not have equipment. Small hand weights (1 kilo) and small ankle weights (o.5 kilo each). It is a very challenging class, so practice more than once. I love this one. Hope you do too.
