You may do any of these sessions to alternate with the assigned Tone of the week. In this folder you will find barre/ballet inspired workouts. You will experience a full body workout, using one kilo hand weights, bands, and a pilates ball that will challenge you whole body.
No equipment, just a bar or a chair ( with weight on it)
A bar/chair, yoga strap or towel (or band)
You will need a chair or bar and one kilo hand weights.

You will need a trampoline or a chair. One kilo hand weights. You can modify and do the cardio on the floor if you have no trampoline.

This is a full body workout: Focused on abs, legs and glutes. Through ballet angles and high reps you will achieve long and lean lines.
Here you will experience a ballet based workout. Great to do twice a week combined with any mat workout during the week.
