In this section you will find shorter workouts to do on their own or to do as an add-on to any of my tone signature sessions
You will need a mat and a broom stick or mobility poll.
Mobility stick (or broomstick) and 1.5 lbs ankle weights
Use a block for more fun.
You will need 3 lbs ankle weights and 3 lbs hand weights
Impact. You’ll need a step.
You may use a yoga stick or a broomstick. We are working on our strength, mobility and balance on this session. You may do this session combined with some arms or any cardio and call it a day! :-)

2 Blocks- and 1.5 lb ankle weights
To add on to any Tone or combine it with any other short workout
Heavy 3lb weights each on ankles.

Low impact cardio. Arms and legs. No equipment
I am sorry the lighting is not very good.
You will need a trampoline. No cueing. Try to follow along the best you can. You'll get it. Jump with your knees slightly bent and bum slightly out to protect ligaments and joints.
You will need a yoga block or step and some small ankle weights.
