You’ll just need a broomstick and a chair. This workout will target your whole body, will create mobility, lengthen and sculpt.

You will need: 0.7 kilo ankle weights and 1.5 kilo hand weights. ( My ankle weights are from decathlon, they have 0.7 kilo option). If not, Bala has 0.5 kilo, which is fine too.

Hand weights: One kilo only.
This session will challenge your balance, working on your ankle and feet little muscles. Grab on to a chair if it is too intense for you. Engage your core to move the leg. Have fun with it! -
