Hi Carolina. Thank you for creating this platform, I look forward to working out with you. I have a question on targeting specIfically thighs and glutes - I have been doing running, Barre and The Class by Tarryn Toomey for the last few years, however I build muscle very quickly and have noticed that my legs are becoming stronger, however not as lean as I would like them (I used to be a track athlete so I build very quickly). Can you suggest which of the workouts I should try and which to stay away from? Thank you! Love from London!
