I m from France, more particularly Britanny which is the West part of the country. I m 43, need to come back to my body in an efficient but gentle way.
I ve always been hard in myself, especially when I really wanted to reach a point after physical therapy for example, where I really needed to relax my muscle tension and to get some mobility, also when i needed to gain all the muscles I had lost. I also gained fat weight and tried also the harsh way. And it didn't work.
I decided to let go off the rules, the harsh plan and the calorie counting last décember to give space to my body and let it do whatever it feels doing. It needed some gentle moves, no strength training, and some cardio.
But now i really feel i need to do something for my abs (i need to find them under😅), my glutes, my thighs and my arms.(tone or lean, i don't know the difference in the vocabulary) and I can't do it alone. And I want it to be sweet and done from love .
