I am confused! Where is the assigned 7 day a week that you mention in your welcome video? Also, there is no folder separate for tones? It would be great if for beginners that have just joined to be directed to a welcome pack that has a weeks worth of workouts available. Otherwise I am looking at jumbled videos of tones with numbers and dates that are all over the place and dont know which tone to start with? Sorry but I just have no direction and love your style so would love to get involved I just don't know how! Thank you!
