Hello, Carolina! I am new to this platform. Is the difference between the tone of the week Light and Toine of the week Full only the length of the exercise or also the ;level of it? How do I search for the more advanced level? Thank you!

Thank you for your reply! I did watch the inro video, but still didn't understand how to search for the advanced videos within the same folders. Are they different level of difficulty or the videos are same levels within each folder? I also did not understand if "Light": videos in Tone folder means the length of the videos only or the difficulty. The clarification will be appreciated.

If there is a word or pdf document with the description of the categories (I do not have Instagram account, so I do not have access to the posts there) it will be very helpful.

I see what you mean. I might have to clarify this again on the video. There is no advanced. There is only one assigned routine for all of us to follow. Tone or tone light is the same routine ( being the latter shorter and simpler in combos)❤️
