Hi - I enjoyed watching this segment but I'm confused - it sounded like you have sourdough bread and coffee for breakfast, a salad with protein for lunch, fruit and/or kefir for snacks - but what about typical dinner? And how do you feel about cheese and nuts?
Hi Karen, I love cheese and nuts. My typical dinner is a lighter version of my lunch, so more like grilled veggies with feta cheese or an omelette.
