This session is an old Tone. I added it. To Foundations because I thought it would be a nice challenge for all of you beginning with me. This workout is a combination of ballet, yoga and pilates. The goal is to lengthen your body while working on strength and stamina. Repeat this routine during the week. Aim to get better at it each time. You should try to do this at least 3 to 4 times during the week.
