No equipment required but suggested:
3lbs hand weights / 1.5 ankle weights / 2 yoga blocks

You will need:
3 lbs hand weights / 1.5 and 3 lbs ankle weights.
As you practice this week, you may keep bothe 1.5 and the 3 ankle weights for the last second part of the class.
In five- Legs
Add double weights : 1.5 lbs and 3lbs on each leg.

1.0 lbs on each wrist and 1.5 lbs on each ankle.

Foundations Full Body N.10 (No kneeling/ no equipment)

Tone Super Light 110- Routine Assigned 06/03
For starting brave movers or intermediate movers. This version is edited with the simpler moves from Tone 110.
No equipment needed.
Tone Light 110 - Routine assigned for week 6/03
You will need :
3lbs hand weights
1.5 lbs ankle weights (or none)
Tone 110 -Routine assigned for week 6/03
This option is the most advanced option. It is a 50min full body workout, using hand and ankle weights.
If you are an intermediate please start with the Tone Light, no weights and build up to the full Tone.
Advanced may practice this one as it is.
