You will need:
3 lbs hand weights / 1.5 and 3 lbs ankle weights.
As you practice this week, you may keep bothe 1.5 and the 3 ankle weights for the last second part of the class.

No kneeling, low impact cardio. Optional 2 sets of ankle weights:
1.0 lbs on each wrist and 1.5 lbs on each ankle.
