I excuse myself for the annoying flare- it was so sunny. I am looking into something to fix asap on sunny days.
No kneeling, low impact cardio. Optional 2 sets of ankle weights:
1.0 lbs on each wrist and 1.5 lbs on each ankle.Enjoy your practice.
