Use 3lbs or 1.5 kilos or LESS hand weights and 1.5 lbs or 0.5 kilos ankle weights
Equipment: Use 3 lbs hand weights (1.5 kilos each or less).
Use 1.5 lbs or 0.6 kilo ankle weights.
