The Assigned Tone (7 day routine) • 49m
This option is the most advanced option. It is a 50min full body workout, using hand and ankle weights.
If you are an intermediate please start with the Tone Light, no weights and build up to the full Tone.
Advanced may practice this one as it is.
Use:
3lbs hand weights
1.5 lbs ankle weights
3 lbs ankle weights (for second half of the class, and ALWAYS optional.
